Smartphones as a Platform for Tourism Management Dynamics during Pandemics: A Case Study of the Shiraz Metropolis, Iran

During the past three years and with spread of pandemic, smartphones were most important communication bridge between tourists organizations; now more than ever, they are intertwined lives destination management organizations. Although much research has been conducted in this field, investigation effects pandemic on technology functionality is one topics that less discussed. Therefore, current was to determine role tourism dynamics during pandemic. The method qualitative (content analysis, theme analysis), 32 people participated interview process as a statistical sample. Then, oral interviews transcribed, thematic analysis performed. For interviews, MAXQDA 2020 software used. results indicate platforms for event future, can help contain destruction great extent their position.
